File’s E track system allows our customers to track their documents in real time via a secure web server from the moment we receive and scan them into our system.

This provides them with the comfort of knowing exactly where their documents are at all times.

Unique barcode

Each file receives a unique barcode and is scanned into E-track when it arrives at our facility.

Customers are issued with login details to
E-track where they can choose to lodge new files, track deliveries and collections or catalogue information against their records.

Search Facility

E track boasts an extensive searching and reporting facility which makes finding quick and simple. Search and report by any field including movements and history.

These powerful wildcard searches and reports enable our customers to better manage their records.

On Site Search Facility

FILE can integrate to a range of recognised Information Management solutions to allow easy search and retrieval from within our customers other systems.

FILE can also provide our customers in-house movement tracking capabilities to assist with the management of their information whilst still on our customer’s premises.
