Collections

Collections are performed either on a scheduled basis around our customer ’s requirements, or by request.

Lodgements

On lodgement, each file is allocated a unique FILE barcode, correlated with the customer’s file identifier, which serves as a tracking mechanism.

This permits precise file identification, eliminates file duplication and performs a continuous file audit.

Our customers receive a full listing of the items lodged, as well as on-line access to see in real-time where there information is located.

Tracking

Each barcode is “scanned in” in real time providing a tracking mechanism permitting immediate retrieval.

This scanning procedure verifies the existence of each file and ensures that the FILE barcode is cross-referenced to the file ensuring error free operation.

Filing

Each Shelf is also allocated a unique barcode. Every file barcode is scanned to the barcode of the shelf on which it is placed, thereby giving an exact location of every file on every shelf.

Combination of the file and shelf barcodes (by scanning) gives a precise location for each file to within 15cm, ensuring correct and prompt retrieval
