Company History

FILE Pty Limited was established in 2003 by the purchase of the open-shelf file storage section of the business then conducted by Central Document Storage Pty Limited (“CDS”).

Michael Rodan , then Managing Director of CDS, had become increasingly interested in improving the management of hard copy records held in file format, particularly in responsiveness to customers’ requirements, and so availed himself of the opportunity to pursue these aims by establishing a new Company.

To ensure continuity of experience and expertise, the staff formerly employed by CDS in the management of files transferred to FILE.

FILE is in a unique position to offer storage and management services in respect of files, being dedicated to that activity and possessing proven systems to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
