Each one-metre shelf holds the contents of over three (3) standard archive boxes.

At FILE we can typically pick and prepare for transport your requests with 90 minutes of placement, allowing us to have a standard item delivered in less than 4 hours over 98% of the time.

We also offer urgent delivery, and the ability to request delivery via electronic means, either email, facsimile, or posting on our secure website.

This method of storage has numerous advantages over the storage of files in archive boxes, principally:
Traditionally off-site storage of files has been based around Archive Box Storage, and therefore restricted to semi-active or in-active files. Requests for files have been labour intensive, and often resulted in the entire box being retrieved when only a single file was required. Archive boxes are heavy, and OH&S requirements have reduced the amount of information that Archive Boxes can effectively contain.
