How do we differ from our competitors?
As a first step, we listen to prospective customers’ requirements, and then work together with them to develop comprehensive solutions to their needs.
This process is facilitated by the inbuilt flexibility of our self-developed programs, allied to our use of “smart” technology, allowing us to achieve the highest possible service levels.
On no occasion do we attempt to impose rigid and possibly unsuitable systems, preferring to work seamlessly within customers’ existing operational procedures; in effect, becoming an extension of their office.

To those ends we have invested deeply in the development of unique computer programs, governing all procedural activities, to ensure the integrity, security, confidentiality and ease of retrieval of all records held in our custody.
These programs have been based on the knowledge and experience gained over many years in every aspect of records management.
