FILE houses all your files in our unique “Active Filing” repository, which you have access to via the web. You can either request a file to be delivered to you in its original form, or you can place a request for the file though On Demand Imaging.

On receipt of an order, the file is retrieved from our “Active Filing” repository, the documents prepared, scanned and indexed to our website.

An email notification is sent to our customer once the scanning is complete.

You can then view the entire file, through our website and / or download for internal use.

Additional documents can be added either directly through the website or by sending the new documents to us to process, including adding the documents to the original paper based file.

What is On-Demand Imaging?
